DreamBox Setup

hello everyone,
as you may know im new to the dream box and i have purchased a dreambox 500s.
can someone please tell me step by step how to setup my dreambox and get my channels working?
i also have a motorised dish so can someone please tell me what i need to do from begininng to end?

M8 read the info in the "red stickeys" in the DM section, everything you need to know is there.
One more thing, you do know that you will require a connection to a server before you can get ALL channels, otherwise it only FTA.

hi mate, i am new to this forum stuff so could you tell me what a red sticky is?
and i am getting a cardshare once i have set up my box so i just need to know if i can get FTA channels as well.

At the top of this (sat dreambox) forum, and the at the top of the general satellite forum.

Also get used to using the search function, it's what it's there for. People on this forum are friendly and will help if you get stuck, but they won't spoon feed you.
