Vertical channels not working

Hello everyone, I hope someone can help.

My dm500 is not viewing vertical channels. It shows black screen on them. The horizontal channels are working fine.

My dish and lnb are working perfectly with my sky box without any problems.

My dm500 works at friends house perfectly. So what could be the problem????

If you think the lnb is faulty, then how does it work on my sky digi box perfectly receiving horizontal AND VERTICAL channels.

Are you using a double lnb? If you are try changing the connections with one another.

Hi, thanks for the reply.

I am not using a double lnb nor do I have a splitter. I have a direct connection from the lnb to the dm500.

hi mate
i think your lnb is fulty,best way to check your reciever is connect to a different lnb ,may be your friend house etc.

Hi, already checked at friends house. dm500 is working fine.

However, my lnb is working with my sky lnb and dish. I don't think that's the problem.

Had the same problem myself M8 on a quad lnb.
Vertical channels were working fine in the main living room but wouldnt work in the bedroom.
I switched the connections onthe lnb around and no more problems.
Very odd phenomenon .

hi,

only got one direct connection to dreambox. No splitters being used.
