I have just purchased a DM500s could someone tell me how i can tell if it is a clone or not as i don't want to load a image and end up bricking it

100% certain its a clone as im certain they have stopped making original dm 500s.
If you also paid about 50 quid it is a clone.

Google Pli images and stick the Pli Jade 3 Maxvar on it.
Simple image and best for Dm500s.

Is the Pli Jade 3 Maxvar image available for all DM models if so do i need to find one for the 500s model or does it work on all models???

cccam may be in your addons from whoevers image you use

The images are model specific. the one you want is the fourth down/one at bottom of link >>> PLi? Images website

CCcam isn't installed, but is available to download from PLis server from within the image.

Pli Jade 3 is a good stable image, but its old/no longer developed now, so i would personally recommend using OPENPLi instead >>> http://www.pli-images.org/modules/fi...110505-206.zip

Hi i have installed ccam version 2.2.1 but when i ftp my box there is no cam cfg file in the var/etc could someone help me out with this.
