          I used a laptop with a dongle.
Then the box was plugged into the ethernet port
In windows 7 enable share this conection in the network settings and use DHCP in box
          Works perfect

how did you manage this, so i don't need a 3g router then?? i'm having trouble getting windows 7 to share connection, i don't think vodafone supports it, and also in dcc , get green line from dongle/hub/switch to pc but nothing to dm 500, any help mate, would save me getting 3g router??
