black box went black

Hi everybody,
Did flash my clone DM500 with satkeynet evolution 2.5 image to the 2.7 version and from this moment i see the startup screen saying evolution image 2.7 satkeynet and after a few seconds the only thing i see is a small part of the image still on the left side on the tv and now i can,t acces the black box anymore. I tried dreamup 1.3.3.0 and 1.3.3.4 it says to power on and dreamup recognizes the box as a DM500 and that's all. I read somewhere that the newer dreamup versions can give trouble with old boxes.
Is there someone who can upload dreamup 1.2.2.0 so i can try this or does someone have other suggestions.

have u scanned for the channels and put your cline into the box mate?

I can`t get in the box anymore. Tried DCC, telnet and different versions of dreamup with 0 modem cable, FTP, direct link, nothing works It has no IP adress anymore.
The green led is lit and when i press a button on the remote it flashes but nothing happens and screen stays black.

Unfortunatly not, i`ve also searched for the Jtag way and opend the box but there were no solder points so i gave it up and forgot a little that i posted here. So sorry for late answer.

Please post all dead dreamboxes to me @ ********** please it takes a lot to brik a dm try dreamup on my siggy, if you have problems post here box type image and what you have tried WE will fix it

i had exactly the same prob. I tried to use jtag progs from dos , but couldn't get it to connect. I was going to try & force a new MAC using ARP -s from Dos since I could still ping unit, but decided first to have another go using Dreamup1.3.3.4 & I've just managed to get it to reload 'pli release 1.0.9' & it's come back to life. I'd like to to evo2.5 , as it looks better , but I think I'll be steering clear of evo2.7
