i finally cracked it with the whole image issue using flashwizard, i did another factory reset on the dm 500 and went into connection setup and noticed that for some reason that the ip address in there had changed so i went to flashwizard and changed the ip address to match my box and bang i now have pli jade on there. but my excitement and enthusiasm was short lived as there still appears to be no transponder signal thus i cannot scan for channels. i am in the east midlands can anybody tell me the best transponder to scan for me?
