DM500S - Not all channels found

Hi All

Bought A DM500S (black and Silver) and did a transponder scan 28.2E but not all channels were found.

I have a DM500s (All Black) finds all channels

Both have PLI Jade and the same Bouquet but not all work on the Black/Silver one

Could this be the Tuner that is at fault or i have i one something wrong?

check lnb, dish position, coax, reflash with null modem cable and dreamup

Dish, LNB have been used for Both (Sly Quad LNB) 28.2E, Original Sly+ still working, no probs

ruled them out

I flashed the new box (Black/Silver) using FLASHWIZARD_6_3 through LAN and seem to be OK

yeah flash with null modem and dreamup.. ONLY way to be sure flash is good

had same problem, i fount that when selecting dish make sure is Eurobird 1 & Astra 2A/2B/2D and run automatic scan again and should pick all channels.
