    DM500 - 4.8e won't clear

Hi, got a DM500 which works great on most sats. However, after scanning 4.8e, nothing clears with my c-line (and it definitely should, other people on the same server clear on 4.8e). The clock also shows 3 hours fast on this one satellite only. The signal is good, and I can view the FTA stuff, but nothing else.

if your certain your on the correct sat and you can
open fta chns like:- news 1, canal motor, english club,pb,pg
alpha tv etc: with a good signal and your dish is big enough
for the providers your line should open. and these chns have a good signal
then i would first give the satellite a re-scan to see if that brings the
chns in for you, if i remember right you need a 1.2 dish good signal from
all tp's in all weather condittions. as for the clock have you set the right time zone
    in the box menu

I definitely get a signal on 4.8e. I have tried rescanning and still not clearing at all.

With regards the time, it's funny as all other says show the correct time

I don't think it set's a time until it looks onto a channel and it set's from there
