ERROR resetting lock-bits

hello i have a strange problem
i press flash erase then :
ERROR resetting lock-bits!!
i try many version of dreamup
dreamup patched ; dream up 1.3.3.4; dreamup 1.3.2.1 ; dreamup 1.3.3.2
but the same problem
i try to flashing another dreambox .. it worked fine 100 %
please help me

Probable your flash is dead try jtag programmer.
