Cracking audio

Hey guys got dm 500s 4 days ago and I am getting crackling audio on all the channels, tried different scart leads but still no joy, although now the crackling seems to have decreased some what, is it possible to eliminate the crackling for good, it's very annoying, cheers.

Try a set of composite leads (white, yellow & red) and see will that solve the problem.

The composite certainly reduces the crackling but does not totally eliminate, I guess I can live with it, would be nice if there was an easy fix for this.
