The setup procedure.

Hi guys,

I'm really confused as to how to setup the box. Could someone please quide me as to what the steps are, i.e loading image, etc

The box I am about to purchase says

''All receivers will be sent Pre-Flashed with Pli-jade 2.2.1 Cam and Channels for 28.2e pre-loaded''

Does that mean it's already done?
