dreambox 500s help

hi all
iam all new to this but i got a dream box and motorized dish thing is all i get i (please wait while the motor is turning to 28.2e)???
i have cccam on it
i in live in newcastle upon tyne so if any one can help would be great

Have you put your longitude and latitude in your motor settings and have you installed a good set of bouquets.

i have put longitude and latitude in box and saved them,
the bouquets i have are fine
had no probs till i got this motor
the motor works the dish but wont pick up all the channels???

If u have did al that m8 it sounds as if ur dish isnt aligned correctly. Did u do it yourself? if u did then im assuming u have a sat meter... if u have the correct long and lat on the box, and have put the correct setting on the motor itself then u should find something.. if not then stick the meter on it to u get a signal then do a scan.. watch the channels that start appearing, if these arent sky ones then ur deffo not aligned correctly
