Green light that blinks inside my DM500 is off

Can someone help Me, the green light that blinks inside my DM500 doesnt flash anymore, the green power light still comes on but I dont get anything on my screen, how can I have this sorted out. I'd appreciate any help....Thank you.

make sure its pluged in the internet unplug it all plug it in reboot internet c if that helps

Check your switch or router if its the network.
