Help dreambox flash expires after 6 months

Hello everybody,

I'm living in the middele east and have a dreambox 500, its working very good and we can receive sport and movie channels.
Problem is that after 6 months it expires and have to bring it to a Indian guy and pay 250 US dollars to get it renewed.
Any way to do it your self. The box uses Gemini to get the channels.

Mate honestly its not that difficult and your receiver is obviously set up for it so basically all you are going to be doing is copying and pasting something in to the right place.

I'm sure you can afford it working out there, not like you are likely skint. I think 90GBP for 6 months would be more acceptable, haggle with the indian guy. You wont get it for free.

If the 250 USD is for a year, and the service is decent I.e. Few glitches and freezing, then I'd just pay the Indian man.

Mate its as I said it can be done without using that guy and be a well of spot cheaper and even a better quality
