There is no 3.9 version of CCcam

Latest version is 2.2.1 as stated.

I was setting up my dreambox 500 and there was a whole list of cams from 3.900 right down

Are you getting confused with Oscam or Mgcamb mate ??
Cccams start with 2s.
anything from 213 to 221 will do the job for you,My preference is 213.

No, there is no 3.9. Latest 2.2.1
may be in 3 years we will reach 3.9
