Delete bouquets and add picons

If I want to change my bouquets how do I delete the old ones as I have just added some from silverfox and they did not replace my old ones.

Also looking to add picons to my dm500s, how do I add them?

Use dreambox edit and load up Silverfox's files and send them into your 500.They will overwrite any existing channel list.
