      go to menu m8 settings sat config then do a auto scan

        sorry its a dm 500 clone

        sorry just had box a week or so and i want to delete all channels and scan from new thanks

          dont think ya need to delete them
          just rescan and it will add any other channels that it finds
          to the list

            no auto scan

            i have a gp image on my dm 500 it has not got a auto scan option i can only see satellite .xml loader is this how i would have to scan for channels thanks

                hi thanks for your help but i donot have a pc with me i am using the box in my caravan i just want to scan for channels that have change transponders and am using this phone for internet access and its not great down here thanks
