    DM500s no picture

    Hi

    Can anybody be of help, I am receiving all uk channels no problem but setanta ireland shows only a black screen. I have SNR of 96%, AGC 95% and BER 0. I have the latest satellites.xml but still no joy.

    If I move to 16.0E for tring, I get sound but no picture, are these problems related ? would an attenuator improve my situation.

      Just read tring news FTA has gone off for other people so please ignore that issue. But the Setanta problem remains.

              People need to understand that if you're receiving good signal and still getting a blank screen, it's almost certainly your CS line. I've seen a few similar posts lately.
