DM500s image help

Hi guys.

I'm struggeling with a DM500s (clone) of a friend of mine.

I tried a few differtent images but now it's bricked (no power lights) Tommorow I'm gonna try te restore it with null modem or Jtag.
But when it restires, wich image is the best to use?

Yesterday I used a black?? image. But it didn't boot.
Then I treid a gemini 4.7 image "no bomb" but after rebooting I got the dreambox clone warning and it was bricked.
besides was the picture quality not good an a 42" plasma.
A cheap Philips receiver 9spare receiver) was ginving a better image (no HD just scart).

requirements image:
suiteble for DM500s
CCCam
english (or better Dutch)

Can someone point me out to a working image?

Majority will say use Pli jade 3 maxvar,its user friendy and my fave.

Yeah mate pli jade 3 maxvar. i use it on my clone and never had a problem

Does it come woth cccam?
And is there a download link availeble?

also the picture on a dm500s while fine on a standard tv or hd ready tv is not the greatest in terms of being used on a top of the range plasma or full hd tv ,so really what ever image you use you wont change the picture quality much if at all .its a shame to have a top of the range plasa or full hd tv and use a dm500s (even tho its an excellent box ) if your mate is wanting the best quality picture he should invest in a dm800hd or the cheaper openbox s9 hd .
