Oscam and CCcam problem

Hi,

Having managed to do a basic card share at home (3 500S clone boxes) using CCcam, I have moved on to Oscam and CCcam. As I couldn?t get an addon from PLI for the Oscam CCcam I reflashed box with Darkstar and got it working. I am happier with PLi, so I have flashed the box with the latest beta image and am trying to install a Oscam CCcam download on it. Whatever I try does not seeem to work. From what I understand you put the tar.gz file in the tmp folder of the dreambox change attributes to 755 and run manual instal. It never works for me.

Is there a good instruction I could follow also to be sure I am using the correct file could someone kindly give me a link to a good combined Oscam CCCam file for my box and a good Oscam DVBAPI file.

OK last try.

I have unzipped the file and manually added the files to where I think they should go to. Afetr reboot, I go into Softcam set up then default softcam, but there is only "none" showing. How do I select the Oscam CCcam. Is there a script I need to modify?

Hi satsmo,

I got to page 10 and couldn?t find the answer to my problem (I saw your work-around on post 20 and others detailing images with Oscam and CCcam included). I just want to keep Pli open and be able to install to tmp file and use the manual install feature, or unzip and manually put the files in the corresponsding folders and get it working. I must surely be close with my manual method. How do I get the option to appear in default softcam.

Open PLI Oscam & CCcam 2.1.3 Sly UK Ready

To activate the cams press blue
Select softcam setup
select CCcam 2.1.3 as default cam & oscam as cardserver.
Press blue again to save & start cams.

All passowrds are default root & dreambox
Oscam webinfo user & pass is admin
