Sky Sports 4 No Picture

I'm having trouble, with my DM500 Clone, I can't get Sky Sports 4, I have the latest SGTFlipFlop ENiGMA1 08.08.11, all other channels are there, I have repositioned my dish, but still no Sky Sports 4, I've installed a few different images and my SNR 94% and AGC 94%, EPG shows what it should be but still nothing, can any one help.

faulty tuner dm500 clones are known for it try inputting the freq manually if still no show tuner no fix (btw thanx sgtflipflop for all your work )

Try and go into All Services and try one of the other Sky Sports 4 channels (There is 4 off them)

Thanks to both of you, I have tried all 4 the last 1 gives me sky sports 1 again, looks like it's a faulty tuner, am waiting on another DM500 so will try on that, again Thanks for all your help
