    Had all channels now gone Help please

    Hello. I have a dm500s which kept freezing. I had a paid up subscription for all channels etc.. I have reflashed the box with DK v.1.1 and the box isnt freezing whatsoever. In fact the picture has never been better. I can get fta channels but no ppv channels that I had before. I have loaded ccam and put the keys in the directory that was advised on your forum, but nothing has come through other than the fta that I mentioned. Im sure it maybe something and nothing. Can anyone please advise where im going wrong. 2 days and nights ive been messing and im now ready for tearing my hair out.

    p.s I bought the box from a shop as a package with motorised dish & fitting etc.

      what was the name of the shop and where are they located? Did the box come from the shop with all pay channels working? If it did then you will need to take the box back for them to install the cline. Sounds like you are being served by an over subscribed server

          Either the ccam aint set up correctly,the line is dead or the network aint right,it will be one of the three if the fta works fine.

              Hi Smoggie, Thanks for your reply.
              The shop is located near Heaton Park in Manchester.. Will give them a bell tomorrow, just feel a bit as though its my fault for meddling with it. Have just noticed something though. The network was'nt ticked on the transponder scan, so gonna try that now.

              Hi Andy91, maybe the network isn't right, gonna scan again now as said above .. Hopefully will sort out the problem. Thanks for reply.

              I know it's something and nothing im missing but it does drive you daft trying to fathom it..
