i need hepl with my dm500s py pic is freez

on my dm500s the pic was freez and i pluget of to restart it and now it wont turn on now it is black.someone told me that i have to re-flash it but if i do so i will lose the abonation to the server that i have paid for.pls i need help what do i have to do.(ps) i cant find the person that i paid for my abonation

If you cant get in contact with the buyer its tough mate.
May as well flash with pli image and start again and do some reading but start by reading the rules.
