Sky in dreambox newbie in cardsharing

How i can watch SKY pay-tv on my dreambox dm500s.
I had already put the evoluiton 2.5 image but i can't do anything else.

Don't think you will get much help openly on DK with c**dsharing as its against the rules, I would suggest a bit of googling? unless some generous soul is willing to pm you, I cant help you myself sorry.

Easier to put Pli jade maxvar image on and set it up with ccams then google a cardsharing site.
Best info you will get as its against rules to talk about cardsharing but we can help with setting the box up if you get stuck.

i also recommend pli jade. However if you stick to the regular version (not maxvar) then cccam is pre installed.

Cheers mate not had a play with a Dm500 for a while my niece robbed it off me and that was the image i used and prefered.Think Maxvar is the version with alot of the crap missing due to the size of the Dm500.
Didnt know there was one with ccam pre installed.

Yeah maxvar is without the pre installed software. IIIRC the software that comes on the regular version is a couple of games, another EPG and CCCAM.

I use the maxvar as I don't use the games or the additional EPG. CCCam isn't difficult to install but for somebody new the regular version will make it that little bit easier.
