hi all have dm500 had all s?y chann but today box went blank no picture get my chann from a provider how do i fix this. remote will not even work please help is there any button i can press to fix

Sounds like a reflash and you will lose anything on the box.
Are you able to get intouch with the seller?
Thats your best bet if you have shelled out alot of money.
Reflashing the box and starting from scratch aint to hard but if you have paid extra thats a problem.
