Loads of Duplicate Channels

Is there anyway to delete all channels and do a fresh rescan, becuase i have like 4/5 copies of each channel. So manually deleting them one by one isnt really an option.
Is there anyway to delete the whole channel list via ftp or something ?

You could use sgt flipflop bouquet which you can download and transfer to your box
