Let me explain everything in detail so that you can understand the real problem.
I have a dreambox 500s, using it for few months now. I don?t know actual thing but its kind of cloned or sharing but it gives all sly channels. it has pli & cccam installed. The guy from whom I bought says its on some kind of server & charges me on 6 month basis @ 7.50? per month.
Now I want to get another one for my room upstairs but they are asking for high price of box as well as they are increasing the monthly for HD box with usb recordable function. ( I am not fond of HD but need recordable box).
I have searched on net & know that one can backup a 500s & copy files on other & make it a clone. But can I copy files from 1 dreambox 500s to other wich is recordable ( HD not necessary but if yes then good). If its possible then which other box do I need.
2nd can some one explain me that is this really possible that these boxes are on server? Some posts on net says that if u install cccam etc then they can give all channels?
Reason for asking this is that 2/3 times it stopped working & i asked them to update it via net as its on server but they couldn?t do it have to go there & they did on pc. On more reason that recently a reliable person told me that he got hd box from them & with 1 year subscription for a price of 120?. He was their mate so they gave it cheaper but honestly @7? per month = 90? per year the box costs only ?30. Is that realy possible that a hd box 30?. So I thnk they are just being cheeky with us & actually there is no server these are working on free & they just get cash from us? So is it possible to get all chanels without any subscription?
That was just out of way question actual is I want another one can I copy data from old & make clone & use both at a time? & if they are on server then how to get both boxes different ip addresses so that server doesn?t give error.
