    Help blackbox stuck on green led

    Can someone help...

    Got back from work today and turned on my blackbox... splash screen came on briefly before it went black... not the unit is stuck on the green light...

    will not respond to rcu or front panel button.... inside i can see the network leds are orange....

    Any idea what i need to do to bring it back to life...

      Null modem cable and a reflash should sort.

          take the power lead out for a few seconds then switch back on ...

              also can i use this to backup existing image...?
