2)how do i flash the dreambox? tutorial will be nice

well im due to get it in the post in the next few days , apparently the green light is on but no actual booting or picture?

guys, sorry for being annoying but ive got 1 more question..
ive bought a dreambox 500s which is stuck on the green light, i think this needs a flash with a new image so ive got everything except for a null modem cable?
is there a way i can use a ethernet cable? but i dont know the dreambox's ip?
any one please help

get yourself a null modem cable,well worth the money,,,,,and you will have less complications

If its a pli image go to thesoftware management menu the downloads. You will find all addons in there.
