DBedit bouquets not on DM500

Hi, I've been sending bouquets up to now with no prob, but now I am sending them to my DM500 and there doesn't seem to be a problem but they are no coming up on the box! I have even reflashed in case there was corruption somewhere... I can create via the remote no prob.
