hey guys, well ive tried searching it but i need links and tutorials

here are a few questions..
1) how do i revive a dead dreambox 500s (its stuck on green light)
2) need tutorial on how to load the pli jade image (link please)
3) how do i load the sky bouquets and change bbc, itv to local channels??
