Dreambox 500 stuck need help please

Hi

i am having problems with my dreambox 500. I have loaded the Gemini_4.20_blueline_gold_skin_v3_CCcam_2.2.1 by Midar_sat Image to my box and have loaded the Sgt FlipFlop up to date Sky Bouquets to by box too but i am not getting the free to air channels also if i put my sky card in which i have a full subscription for i get nothing just seem to get a error saying couldn't get service or something. Probably something simple but new to this so would appreciate any help please.

IF you goto sat find what snr levels are you getting?

Do you have another box thats working from that feed with no problems as a test?

Yes m8 My sky box runs off this one ok i'm just trying to get it working before i run a feed to my room to use it. Cheers

Thanks guys for your help there was no snr value but realized that the sat config was wrong so changed that and got fta channels and changed to subbed channels put my card in and it came on but now have a new problem once i put my card in it froze after about 5 sec so rebooted it and now my card doesn't give me the subbed channels at all in my dreambox is there a setting that need fixed for this to work as it is still fine in my sky box

i presume you have entered the correct boxkey which ccam are you using , and what image you got on the box ??

Hi i am using ccam 2.2.1 no i haven'y entered a boxkey didn't know i needed to do this could you please send me off in the correct direction to doing this i.e where do i enter it and how do i find my boykey out?
