i have just loaded sky bouquet on my dm 500s when i press blue button on remote i go to bouquets but it says removed content any ideas

Check that your tuner is set to the right satellite you are after and then put the bouquets over again.

Had similar issue the other day.

Also make sure u have the most upto date bouquet
