you did give the box a static ip before you flashed the box
going to flash it over a network connection - make sure you don***8217;t use DHCP but set a ip address manually when you do. The reason is that not all DMs' have a mac address setup via hardware but via software configs. When you flash it your DHCP server we see a different mac address on the network and assign a different ip address its then you will lose your communication with the box using flash wizard and have booting issues. If your new to DM's use a null modem cable, there are defiantly worth it if and when you do get stuck
