Lost a few channels. Help

Hi there all,

I am just wondering i have a dm500 and i have lost about most of my music channels and a few others that i can not remember,i am on pli release 1.9 date 07.04.2011, clone and only have free view channels, i have added the new bouquet and i cant get channels live starz or flava or clubland?

Am i doing something wrong?

Yes i did do that?

I think i have managed to sort it my input was not to great so i put a new coax end on and its working perfect now.

I think it was me just being careless with how i put them on
