Sky sports, Movies not working, black screen

Hi,
I hope I am in the right category with this.

I have set up my dreambox dm500s with image Gemini 4.70 CCcam 2.2.1 Non Bomb Sat-Mondial Team.

Every channel works except for sky sports, movies and espn. The screen is just black, but the asc and snr values are both over 90%. So it appears that the card is just not decrypting the channels. I have a subscription for all of these channels.

I have scanned the forums the last few days and tried the following things numerous times:
I tried a manual scan of the channels, I tried to delete all of the channels that didn't work from the bouquet list and then scan again using automatic and manual scan, however none of these things worked.

Would it be the image? This is my first time using the dreambox, any help would be appreciated as I have been trying my best to fix this over the last 2 days to no avail. I am completely stumped.

Okay, so your saying ALL the channels that are not freeview are not working?

I think if your using an old version of Cccam you need to put the box id number in your cccam.cfg file for it to work..

I think Sky has changed the algo for these channels like they did with Pick tv a while back. Someone else will be able to confirm if true.

An alternative would be to switch to Oscam instead for reading the card.

Nah I dont think they have changed the sports/movies or espn. We would surely have had to deal with 20382040182 posts about it by now, I cant remember seeing any at all.

In that case its a box key issue.

Yeah I would say so mate, was at a friends the other day - his server uses cccam and he doesnt have pick tv, but has sky sports etc..

All the subscription channels work aswell, its just sky sports, sky movies etc.

Could I add the box id by backing up the file with flashwizard pro, and then editing the ccam.cfg file and sending it back?

where in the ccam.cfg file do i put the box id number?

Hmm, well if the others are working thats a different problem all together... hmm!

Have you tried installing the SgtFlipFlop's boquets? Have a look at the sticky thread up near the top mate, download em and send them to your box..

If that doesn't work Id be tempted to change your image buddy, that would be my next step.

He says they are working though mate, just Sky Sports etc that doesn't..

Unless he is getting confused with some of the channels?

Quick test - Does Sky 1 HD work?

Premium channels for me are anything you have to pay for, if he is saying say Sky 1 (have to pay for) is clearing, but Sky Sports is not then thats a wierd one.

If the OP can state that Sky 1 is working then we have a different problem I think, and not a boxkey problem..

Hang on - OP, you say you have a `subscription' for these channels, I was assuming you have a legit card, or do you mean another kind of subscription..

if you want to clear sky sports sky movies espn they are classed as premium channels ard they will not open unless you put the correct boxkey in cccam cfg

This discussion will be totally pointless though if the OP comes back and tells us his `subscription' is not an actual card..

just put the ~~~~ing boxkey in man
