    DM500-S "-sh: ipkg: not found"

    Hi Folks,

I want to try a ipk package trough telnet. When i try to install it i get the following error:

    -sh: ipkg: not found

After some searching i also tried opkg, the same error:

    -sh: opkg: not found

So how can i install the ipk pacakge? Thanks for your time and help.

    I have a clean Gemini 4.7 installation.

As you see, the 500- does not use ipk's. I guess there's a slight possibility of the app/plugin/etc. working if it was for an OpenEmbedded Enigma1 box (500+, 600, 7020), but if it was for an E2 box (800, 8000, etc.) it's highly unlikely as they use completely different processors...

That said, ipk's are generally ar compressed "archives" that contain a tar.gz (among other things). If you can extract using ar, then the tar.gz shouldn't be much of a problem.

I want to install cccam with a proper cccam.cfg file. CCcam 2.2.1 i have installed manually, but i don't have a cccam.cfg now.

My idea was to install TunisiaSat Addon Manager so i can install cccam with a cccam.cfg file. Any suggestions? Thanks

there is a blank cccam cfg file here
you need to unrar/unzip it then look in the folder its in there
then ftp it to var/etc on your DM

        Code:
        http://www.2shared.com/file/4yebFGPh/cfg.html
