problem with my dreambox

anyone can help me with this? i have just received my box which is dm 500 c and i have plugged in everything that is needed to.and when i turn on the tv and use the remote controller try to select 1 of the channels. it says no data for service..all channels couldn't be selected.anyone knows how to solve this?
