dm500 problem

so i flashed my box with darkstar 11 all was good was running a test line and tried to do a channel update and now when i switch on the box it doesnt boot up i just get the darkstar image flashing on and off and i cant connect with flash fxp and dream control center wont pick up the ip where do i go from here
