wont start after network mount

Hi ive been searching for an answer to my problem but cant seam to find one so here goes

I have a dm500s with pli jade, i have a NAS/Media player with 2tb hdd. The NAS only supports SAMBA. I set up my dm500 network mount as a samba and everything mounts and works great. Then when i restart the dm500 just keeps looping the screen on and off continuously. I read somewhere its to do with it looking for the mount but its all switched on and i can still access the NAS from my PC.

Is there anything i could do diferently to stop this happening because its annoying having to keep trying it then having to reflash the dreambox all the while!!

I had exactly the same issue when using pli jade3, box would just go into a reboot loop after mounting NAS, and could not find a solution. However I have recently updated image to latest Openpli, and now network mount works fine (and have also noticed improvement in responsiveness of box overall with new image)

Oh i'm sure i had OpenPLI and had exactly the same issue the first time round. Perhaps they have fixed the issue since. I'll Try it again and see how it goes. Thanks for your reply. Its a nuisance without an EPG

ok mounted and rebooted fine now with most recent openPLI. will put EPG on and see if it still works!
