Cannot Install Cam?! (Clone)

Hi,

Put new image on box, When installing CC Files, it knocks out the Cam 214, If we do Factory Reset, it comes up with Cam 214, but when we send the files, it knocks out cam.

When we try to download cam, nothing comes into the box??

Any Ideas?!
