dm500 crashes need help

hello i have just got a dm500v8 it starts up to evolution 2.7 and crashes my friend who i got it off said it work fine last year before he upgraded

put pli image on it , its in downloads ,, also these have problems with the power packs ,, they seem to weaken after afew years and dosnt give full power to box so when the tuner needs power it reboots

have have try dreamup wont work i plug the box to my tv the box starts up i can click on the menu and the screen just goes black light on the front of the box is green

i have tryed dreamup with no success it just says power on the box and it stay like that

do u power off at plug and back on ?

i unplug all the lead from the back of the dm 500 but the plug is still in the wall socket i plug the power lead in the back for the dm500 when dreamup asks me too and it does nothing

tryed the dreamup it flashed the box i plug the box in my tv nothing is happening it is struck on a black screen

try this image mate does it say flashed successful at the end try a different scart lead

is this ok for a clone because i dont no if it is an original or clone

yes clone safe there are no real dm500's any more matey

i flashed the box with Commando 14.4 Neutrino for DM500S the work will come on for about 2 minutes and just go to a black screen the light on the front for the box is green
