is my dreambox 500s a clone i bought it from ebay for 50 quid brand new in box , it has on/off switch inthe back, if it is a clone do i need to watch i dont put a wrong image in it and brick it its got jade pli in it at moment thanks

original dreambox 500 is discontinued in 2005/2006
only chinese clone availalble, if it's used one , may be original , other wise in general CLONE
that's why it's cheaper
you can go with any open-pli maxvarr
or here download dk1.1 ( one of good)
