ccam not working

dm500s in the cccam panel all looks ok underneath cardhandler getting script videogaurd 0960 0961 0961 and other gibberish have reflashed numerous times diff images diffrent ccams no joy ??? any one come across this and can it be fixed needless to say the box ain't working

whats it reading in ecm ?

dm500hd -dm500hd v2-vu+duo- triax 1.1m - inverto lnb - technomate 2300 motor- linksys ddwrt router
