only get fta channels

hi could some one please help asd ive been trying all week to get my other channels back my dreambox 500-s was factory reset when i was out and now im stuck i have open pli flashed to it and tried every way i can to edit the mgcamd file following every step but i must be missing something

same happened to me , so went on safind and my box wasnt locked onto the satalite, so i had to get on he roof a move the dish slighty , must of been the wind, needs to be more than 80 % i have found

Dont know about db500s but im assuming its the same for all if you do a factory reset it wont work because it deletes your sea lion................
