BBC issue's

I recently updated a dm500s for a m8. When he got it home he plugged it and it had all channels on etc. Then it started not showing any bbc channels etc.
What can cause this?? Satellite dish??

All other channels work and i think he has a few more missing.

He tried a scan and last time it brought bbc etc back but this after a satellite scan it has not brought them back he just says there black screen no sound?? Any suggestions?? thanks

check with kingofsats for frequency of non working channels and see what his lists,maybe they are on a new tp that box is not set to scan on and tp may have to be added to list.

cheers for reply. Im looking at king of sats now but not sure what im looking for and once i find it what would i do?? Im just a bit new to this

Is this a frequency 10818.00 and 10803.00 etc.

If it is i understand how to see the frequency's of missing channels but how would i put them back in list??
