setting up dm500 on motorized dish

I'm in a spot of bother i have already a enigma 2 box which works fine on my motorised system however i cant for the life of me work out how to get my dm500 running gemini image to work on more than 1 sat am i missing something i've selected many sats and inputed my long and lat
any ideas

i have had the same problem with multi-sat with the 500s never got it going,so i bought 7025s and its great,so i have shot the 500 back in its box and stuck it in storage [bedroom cupboard] as a back up for just 28.2 e.

but sureley it must be an image support thing ny brother had one set up on a motorised system and its great ?

maybe its flash time ?
