HELP Please DM 500s

hi folks,
Have recently purchased a DM 500s I want to set it up using an ethernet connection from my pc. i live in ireland and originally I have a dish that was used for sky. I connected all the cables and got just itv and bbc(1) several versions of the same I might add is there anywhere I can download a guide for setting up this way and how do i get the true movie channels etc that i had on the sky dish without subscription.
PLEASE HELP AS THE DM 500S could be heading for the window.

How is it going I am living in Dublin and am trying to get to grips with a 500s,myself. What Image is on your box.

guys im using pli-jade , once you flash that ... update the apps and then install ccam2.11 then after that all you need is a Cardshare for sky channels or you will get basic free to air channels

i flashed mine with pli-jade whats that mean when you saying UPDATE THE apps?????

currently i am on 2.09 cccam
