dm 500 problem please help

Hi all i am having a problem with my dm500 i moved it in to a different room and when i switched it on it booted ok the when i went to select a channel the screen on the tv when blank and now i can't seem to get a picture at all now anyone any ideas i am using a scart lead.

If it is a problemwith my scart port should i then be able to use the video out ie the yellow plug with the red and white audio plug or the antenna out feed.

make sure your sat feed at the back is in the right on , and check the ethernet cable is in properly ,tyr resetting your internet router , are you getting freeview channels ch1 ch2 etc

no1oranger newby gave you good advice so try that often a small thing like a loose scart cable causes a big problem ,but if theres still a problem let us know . if newby cant help ill do my best to help you . ill be at home tomorrow afternoon and early evening but ill be out from early evening for new years ,so if your problem is still there let me know tomorow afternoon and ill try and advise you better .

are there any lights on the front of the box ? (all being welll its green) and it will blink when you press buttons on the remote .if its green and wont blink at all try unplugging the box (wait 30 seconds )then plug it back in . often its a little glitch ,if its a big glitch you will have to reflash the box which means change the current tv software with different tv software .
