password dreambox D500s

hello Everybody,
I have enabled a parentallock/setuplock but he now doen't recognize my password. Please can anybody help me without factory erasing.

Why doesnt it recognize it. You will have to reflash if you dont know it.

You will have a backup of your image anyway?!!!
